Summer Jam Concerts
This annual family event in Uptown Wadesboro features music by local bands, food, and childrens' activities. Music begins at 6:30 or 7 pm. Free admission and parking. Bring chairs or blankets for seating. Uptown Wadesboro sponsors the event with support from the Town of Wadesboro and other local sponsors. |

Annual Fall Festival
Pumpkin painting, trick or treating at Uptown merchants, costume contest, fortune telling, storytelling and lots of fun at UWI's annual Fall Festival in front of the County Courthouse. 65 pumpkins were decorated at the 2014 festival by kids of all ages. Many thanks to all who participated and to our volunteers for making this year's Fall Festival a great success! |

Christmastime Tour of Homes
You're invited to tour local and historic homes all decorated for the holiday season. The Tour is a wonderful opportunity for our community to get together, to share in the holiday season and to appreciate the beautiful homes and local art galleries in our town. Refreshments and live music at some locations. Tickets: $10. Before the Tour, tickets are available for pre-purchase at select locations. Presented by Uptown Wadesboro, Inc. All proceeds go to fund UWI's community projects.
