2011 Christmastime Tour of Homes
Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm
You're invited to tour six historic homes, visit our local Arts Council gallery for a holiday open house, attend a Christmas concert at a local Church and visit a local gift shop and pottery studio, all open for you on Sun. Dec. 4, 2011 to celebrate the holiday season.
The Tour is a wonderful opportunity for our community to get together, to share in the holiday season and to appreciate the beautiful homes and local art galleries in our town.
Refreshments and live music at some locations.
Tickets: $10.
Before the Tour, tickets are available for pre-purchase at the Chamber of Commerce office, Lacy's gift shop and Fancy Crafts gift shop.
On the day of the Tour, the Tour starts at the Arts Council gallery at 110 S. Rutherford Street. You may purchase tickets there from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Presented by Uptown Wadesboro, Inc. All proceeds go to fund UWI's community projects.

Other Events on Day of Tour
3:00 pm - Annual Christmas Concert at First United Methodist Church Annual Christmas Concert with the Anson Singers choral group under the direction of Emily Privette featured. The Church chimes will be ringing during the Tour. You are invited to stop by. The Church will be open until 7:00 pm and decorated for the holidays.
12:00 to 6:00 pm - Open House at Fancy Crafts/Granny Hollow Pottery Fancy Crafts gift shop will be hosting an open house today. Check out their new pottery showroom, find great Christmas gifts and enjoy a cup of hot cider. Stop by before, during or after the Tour.
